The spirituality of Hindu temples and tropical nature
Journey combining the discovery of the Hindu sacred cities of Tamil Nadu (Mahabalipuram, Kancheepuram, Tanjore and Madurai), masterpieces of medieval Hindu architecture, with the tropical nature of Kerala with the tea plantations of Munnar and the Backwaters of Aleppey.
There will be no shortage of excursions to smaller towns where you can experience an India unknown to mass tourism and immerse yourself in the authenticity of a country still bound by ancient rhythms and traditions.

Day 2: ARRIVAL AT CHENNAI – MAHABALIPURAM.
Day 3: MAHABALIPURAM – Excursion to KANCHEEPURAM.
Day 4: MAHABALIPURAM – CHIDAMBARAM – KUMBAKONAM
Day 5: KUMBAKONAM – TANJORE
Day 6: TANJORE – Excursion to SRIRANGAM
Day 7: TANJORE – MADURAI
Day 8: MADURAI
Day 9: MADURAI – MUNNAR
Day 10: MUNNAR – CHELLANAM
Day 11: CHELLANAM – ALEPPEY: Excursion to the BACKWATERS.
Day 12: CHELLANAM – Excursion to Cochin
Day 13: CHELLANAM – COCHIN AIRPORT – ITALY.
Notes
Participation fees include:
– International airfare to and from India (best available quote to be reconfirmed)
– Baggage allowance on international flight 23kg
– Assistance on arrival/departure at the airport by our representative
– Overnight stays in 4/5-star hotels in double rooms on bed and breakfast basis in all locations
– Private transportation with English/Indian speaking driver as scheduled
– Interstate taxes, tolls and parking for the entire tour
– Private English/Indian speaking local guides
– Visits and excursions, including entrance fees to monuments and museums, as indicated in the program
– Houseboat excursion on the backwaters of Kerala
– Lunch during the houseboat excursion
– Visit to a Tea factory and a spice garden in Munnar
– Evening ceremony at the Temple of the Goddess Meenakshi in Madurai
– Government Services Tax (GST)
