Tulip Cruises on the Rhine
Tulips are the symbol of Holland and Amsterdam in particular.
Originating in the Persian empire, they made their entry into Europe beginning in the 16th century by a Dutch botanist.
This flower immediately won over legions of enthusiasts who tried their hand at creating new types; through Dutch merchants they later spread throughout the continent. During the month of April you can witness the blooming of this magnificent flower that colors all Dutch gardens and parks.
In addition to the traditional destinations on these two spring cruises there will be the opportunity to visit Keukenhof Botanical Park, one of the great Dutch attractions, the largest flower park in the world: more than 7 million bulb flowers: tulips but not only also hyacinths, irises, lilies, daffodils, roses, carnations, orchids.
And not only flowers: more than 2,500 trees, a lake, canals, windmills. An unforgettable experience not only for fans, an explosion of colors that leaves you breathless!
